Arrival and Departure
Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. Please pick up your keys at the reception of our Hotel Alpina Wagrain (within walking distance). Check-out should be completed by 10:00 a.m. On your departure day, we kindly ask that you return the keys to the hotel reception.
For any special requests, we are, of course, available to assist you at any time.
Parking Options
Free parking is available directly at Pension Mozart for all our guests.
Deposit
A deposit of €400.00 (free of charges) per room/suite or apartment is required via bank transfer.

Payment
We kindly ask you to settle your hotel bill during your stay, by the evening before your departure, no later than 8:30 PM, at the Hotel Alpina Wagrain.
We accept cash, EC cards (Austria, Germany, Netherlands), and credit cards (Visa or Mastercard). Alternatively, you can make a charge-free bank transfer before your arrival.
Breakfast
Breakfast is included in the price and is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the nearby Hotel Alpina Wagrain. A generous breakfast buffet awaits you there daily.
